China Haicheng City Magtalc Company, namely Haicheng Ruitong Mining Co., Ltd. located in Haicheng city Liaoning province, a city called " capital of talc and magnesite" . Under the leadership of President Gan, we started talc manufacturing in the year of 1997. It is the TALC help us finished the initial capital accumulation and enable us later engaged in the production of MgO refractory material, calcium carbonate, and feldspar products by a serious of annexation and merger. Over a decade’ s development, “ Magtalc” Gradually evolved from original a talc factory to a mining company registered in the Industrial and Commercial Bureau of Haicheng Municipal Government.
