MINIMUM 100.000MT PER MONTH, MAXIMUM 2.000.000MT PER MONTH.
3. COMMODITY: JET FUEL (JP54)
MINIMUM 100.000bbl PER MONTH, MAXIMUM 2.000.000bbl PER MONTH.
4. COMMODITY: REBCO (RUSSIAN EXPORT BLEND CRUDEOIL) GOST 9965/ 76

Procedure
1. Buyer issue full ICPO with acceptance letter to Seller.
2. Seller issue contract to Buyer.
3. Buyer signs the Contract and return to Seller.
4. Seller issue an affidavit with commitment letter to the buyer, buyer sign and return.
5. Seller and the Buyer pay for legalization of Contract and POP with the Ministry of Energy and Ministry of Justice.
6. Seller sends the partial legalized POP approved by Russian Notary and Ministry of Justice to Buyer for confirmation via courier service.
7. Upon confirmation of the legalized partial POP by Buyer.
8. The hard copy contract and FULL POP will be sending bank to bank.
9. Seller sends invitation to Buyer for the signing the approved Charter Party Agreement to transport the product and witness the SGS Inspection
day. Seller pay for all charges regards the SGS and INSURANCE.
10. Seller’s Bank issue with 2% PB within 3 days after confirmation From The Transportation Company.
11. Shipment commences as scheduled.
Russian Seller will then do the following: DOCUMENTS AS LEGALIZED POP
1. COPY OF LICENSE FOR EXPORT, ISSUED BY THE MINISTRY OF ENERGY
2. COPY OF APPROVAL FOR EXPORT, ISSUED BY THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE
3. COPY OF STATEMENT OF AVAILIABILITY OF THE PRODUCT
4. COPY OF THE REFINERY COMMITMENT TO PRODUCE THE PRODUCT
5. COPY OF THE CHARTER PARTY AGREEMENT TO TRANSPORT THE PRODUCT TO THE BUYER DESTINATION PORT.
