Pipa PE Indonesia ( PPI) is a HDPE Piping System company which supply and install piping system for water and gas. HDPE ( high Density Poly Ethylene) is the best choice pipe at present. PPI established since 1999. Poly ethylene pipe or knowing as PE 100 / HDPE / POLYPIPE. PE pipe is " food grade" ( safe for health) and anti corrosion. Polypipe uses for under ground piping system and can handle pressure nominal 16 bars and the best choice for potable water.

For jointing Polypipe, there are several ways as follow:
1. Butt Fusion is jointing two pipe or fitting with heat fusion.
2. Electro Fusion is jointing used electro fusion fitting. Maximum
diameter is 630mm.
3. Flange to Flange joint used combination of flange ( stub end) and backing ring complete with bold and nut also gasket.
4. Compression Fitting ( mechanical joint) is very fast and easy ( no
need machine) . Maximum diameter is 110mm.
5. Socket Fusion is same like butt fusion but more simple since the
pipe less than 4 inch diameter.

As a supplier, PPI can provide:
a. HDPE pipes from local manufacture or abroad. Local manufacture such as Vinilon, Wavin, Maspion, Indopipe, Unilon and Tyco. From abroad such as Georg Fischer, Ginde, Sunliky and Chinaust. Pipe diameter start from 20mm up to 1.000mm with various working pressure.
b. PPR ( Poly Prophelene Random) for hot water and PERT ( Poly Ethylene Rising Temperature) from Georg Fischer and Chinaust.
c. Subduct pipe for fiber optic ( FO) or famous called as TELKOM pipe.
d. Fitting PE with butt fusion type, electro fusion or socket fusion.
The material made not only PE but also PP ( poly prophylene) for
compression fitting and fitting for hot water such as PPR and PRT.
e. Various valve from KITZ original, TOYO, and Onda.
f. Butt fusion machine, electro fusion, socket fusion from GF ( Georg Fischer) , Hangzou, Sunliky, Fangli, and Shengda.
g. Water meter various size for home and industry.
h. Accesories piping such as Hydrant, stainless steel ( ss) pipes and
others.

As Pipe Contractor, PPI provide services:
a. Install HDPE pipes at any diameter.
b. Biogas pipeline, for mass biogas project.
c. Sea water intake pipeline, mainly used for Power Plant project and potable water.
