* : OUR WORK PROCEDURE
1. Minimum contracts from 12, 500 MT up to 5, 000, 000 MTS
2. Customer has to issue LOI and BCL first on the basis of our Agreed price. Contains in LOI with bank coordinates including name and phone of the officer
3. Seller will issue FCO and contract after receiving LOI and BCL from the buyer.
4. After signing the contract and FCO by the buyer, seller will open non-operative L/ C. As soon as seller receives non-operative L/ C, they will give 2% performance bond on buyer' s bank. Also they will send sample if buyer requires.
5. After receiving the 2% Performance Bond by the buyer' s bank, the L/ C will be operative for shipment.
6. L/ C will be in the name seller directly.
7. We may ask you US$ 2 per MTS as our commission for matured deal. For our commission you have to sign NCNDA. ( NON-CIRCUMVENTION, NON-DISCLOSURE WORKING AGREEMENT)
8. Not acceptable are PB over 2% , deferred payments, samples sending before LOI and BCL.
