IPM International Perforation Management, is a relative small hi-tech engineering company with a team of specialized, highly skilled technicians and engineers who, with competent partners in China and Europe, develop, design, tailor made, manufacture nano micro electrostatic cluster or laser perforation, other material treatment systems or machines. Further intelligent online vision scanning sensor porosity, permeability control technology for global sales and potential customers as ready-to-use projects. Qualification, training and technology transfer for technical and operation personnel are an essential part of our services as well as prosperous and long-term technology cooperation. The founder of IPM, Mr. Werner Grosse, has been working since 1979 as application engineer, project, operation manager, technical director in the international field of applied electrostatic and laser processes as well in optical inline porosity control for the tobacco, fine paper, refinement and other industries. During his professional career and collaboration in numbered research assignments he initiated more than 46 inventions, among more than 34 patents, also outside of EEC and in China as well. Thanks to patented technologies and production processes, new generations of refinement procedures, products properties, characteristics, application fields, production machines and vision control systems have been developed. It s including world-wide new optical dyn control process at fast moving plastic film and foil. After he became a self-employer and entrepreneur in 1992, the GmbH was established in 1993.
This resulted in an expansion of micro electrostatic perforation technology into application fields such as filter, cigarette, tipping, packaging, printing, bag, food and non-woven for paper refinement and packaging industry. Since 1994 the GmbH belong to an international supplier group. After many years of prosperous cooperation as shareholder and managing director, Mr. Grosse left the GmbH company at the end of 2001 in order to enhance innovations with his new engineering company to design new production machines and products which among other qualities have specific and unprecedented product characteristics in tied cooperation with relatively large customers, especially in Asia and South America.
Apart from these business ventures, he has joined national, international organizations whose aim is to enhance innovative, creative, patent conforming and educational targets and which international exchanging of technical, economical knowledge. As a result of his membership in several organizations and due to his work in the field of micro perforation, material treatment and porosity, scanning and vision control technology, Mr. Werner Grosse has given many lectures, published a great number of technical papers and engineering reports which are available in German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Thai and Mandarin.
He received the Caiyun Award from Chinese Yunnan government in 2004 and other countries as well, for his expertise as foreign entrepreneur and for added value of the innovative production technology, achieved by its transfer of knowledge and successful cooperation with large industry and tobacco Groups in China to improved significant their production.
IPM operating in close cooperation with well known clients in the tobacco, cigarette supplier, paper, packaging, printing, security, material treatment, automotive, robotic handling and other hi-tech industries.
