UPFRONT CHARGES : PLEASE CONFIRM THAT LESSOR WILL NOT CHARGE ANY UPFRONT CHARGES AT ANY GIVEN TIME AND FOR WHATSOEVER REASONS INCLUDING INSTRUMENT TRANSMISSION CHARGES. ALSO NOTE THAT OUR BORROWERS WILL NOT ENTER INTO ANY ESCROW ACCOUNT.

DETAILS OF REQUIREMENT :
1 LEASE BG amounting to EURO 200 Million
2 LEASE BG / SBLC amounting to US $ 100 MILLION
3. LEASE BG/ SBLC amounting to US $ 10 MILLION
Borrowers will arrange to provide payment pertaining to leasing fees + commission by MT 103 and/ or ICBPO.
PROCEDURE :
BORROWER WILL ARRANGE TO SEND CONDITIONAL ICBPO IMMEDIATELY AFTER RECEIVING THE COPY OF AGREEMENT DULY SIGNED BY LESSOR ALONGWITH HIS BANK COORDINATES FILLED THEREIN WHICH TO BE ENCASHED WITHIN FIVE DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF VERIFIABLE AND AUTHENTICATED INSTRUMENT.

DEAR SIRS,
1. WE ARE LOOKING FOR PROJECT FUNDING
( a) we seek project funding ( for 1120 MW power project ) amounting to Indian Rupees 6300 crores equivalent to US $ 1.5 Billion approx. against PROMISSORY NOTE issued by prime Indian Bank ( Nationalized Bank - under Government of India undertaking ) at very low rate of interest . Borrower seeks funds in Indian Rupees and wishes to repatriate same in INR only on maturity ( 10 years + 1 day ) .
We have various other clients interested in project funding in range of INR 250 crores ( equivalent to US $ 50 million approx. ) to INR 1000 crores ( equivalent to about US $ 200 Million ) . They are in a position to arrange/ provide Promissory Notes/ BGs only after receipt of confirmation from Lenders Bank via swift messaging system to their bank confirming that the Lenders bank is RWA release funds immediately upon receipt of activated instrument. However, we will arrange to provide BCL to this effect alongwith application. In all cases we need funds in Indian Rupees but shall arrange to provide PN/ BG in hard currency.
Send full details advising interest charges per annum. They wish to repatriate both interest + Principal at the end of maturity.
( 2) FUNDING AGAINST SKR
PLEASE CONFIRM IF YOU ARE IN A POSITION TO PROVIDE FUNDS AGAINST SKR.
THEY CAN CONSIDER BOTH THE OFFERS i.e
( i) DISCOUNTING ( one time payment - CONFIRM WHAT AMOUNT ( LTV ) YOU CAN PROVIDE AGAINST RELEVANT INSTRUMENT.
( ii) TRADING PROGRAM ( PP-P) . PLEASE MAKE YOUR OFFER GIVING FULL DETAILS INCLUDING TERMS, PROCEDURES AND MODUS OPERANDI.
