| Specification: | High Density Main Distribution Frame is designed to cater to a larger number of line terminations in a compact steel structure, without sacrificing the working environment. Intended to suit Electronic Automatic Exchanges. Has state of the art technology to adopt Insulation Displacement Connection ( IDC) module for reliable and flexible connection intervening subscriber and exchange cables.
Features:
Detachable steel frame structure with stainless steel fasteners for easy assembling and disassembling.
Powder coated steel structure for anti corrosion.
Tin plated copper strips for earthing.
Provision for expansion of multiple vertical frames.
Exchange/ Subscriber line terminations are on same side.
Insulation Displacement Connection ( IDC) modules, both for Exchange and Subscribers line termination, for convenient and reliable operation.
Surge protection modules with IDC Technique integrated into each subscriber line.
Non-metallic Jumper rings and Grommets for bunching and routing of wires to avoid damage of wire insulation.
Easy test access without disturbing the adjoining line connections.
Clear marking on IDC modules for easy identification.
Steel Guard Rails around the frame to prevent easy access.
Plug in type disconnection plug for disconnecting the Exchange Line Termination.
Compact & sleek structure for easy operation & maintenance.
Dust covers for covering tag blocks against entry of foreign bodies.
