1. PROCEDURE
All orders must be written. The most efficient ordering system is by email to : borneogemstone@ yahoo.com
Just simply sent the item list by our code and put the quantity each.
We will send you a Performa invoice include the shipping cost ( note: price on item is FOB price base on Balikpapan Port) .
All orders are immediately confirm upon receipt.

2. PAYMENT
Our prices are in USD. We requested an advance payment of 50% of the total amount of the Performa invoice prior to running of the order. Please send the copy transfer slip by facsimile and balance payment must be transferred when the order ready to ship.

3. MINIMUM ORDER
The minimum order for jewelry is 50 pieces. Less than the stated number, not to be served.

4. SAMPLE
Sample order will be charge at minimum of US$ 100 + shipping cost.

5. TIME PRODUCTION
Normally our standard production time for order less than US$ 1, 000 is two weeks. For order more than US$ 1, 000 the standard production is 3-4 weeks maximum.

6. SHIPPING
We arrange with the courier with door to door service: Fedex and DHL.
