Among a range of products for conveyor systems, we specialise in providing services in belt splicing and supply of spare parts for belt splicing. We are agent of light duty mechanical fasteners from Flexco USA. We keep stock of most common variety of mechanical belt fasteners required for conveyor and transmission belting.
Some examples are as follows.
Our range of fastener systems cover Belt Thickness 1.5 mm to 25 mm & belt tension up to 100 KN/ M (560PIW). Fasteners for higher size & range are also available from Flexco USA.
Belt fasteners are available in variety of metal to suit different needs. Most common types are Galvanized-steel, Stainless steel & Mag-alloy (abrasion Resistant) fasteners with a variety of hinge pins to suit individual needs. Common types of hinge pins are Nylon Covered steel cable, & steel spring wire in Galvanised steel as well as stainless steel.
