I have a personal client who currently operates 2 Clean Product Tankers carrying vegetable oil from South America to Europe. He is looking to expand his fleet to 3 by purchasing another vessel in the 12000-16000 DWT class, by September 2008.
The ship must be no more than about 5-6 years old.
