Ambaroba Resort and Hotel Located on Tuktuk Beach of Toba Lake ( Danau Toba) , Samosir Island, North Sumatera.
Front of the Hotel is Danau Toba. Hotel can reach by boat / ship from Ajibata, Tigaraja port near Parapat.
Beside the hotel own port / jetty on the front, on back side of hotel are good asphalt access road.
Surrounding hotel are tradisional Batak community, also can find handycraft, fishing equipment, internet, bicycle rent.
Danau Toba ( Toba Lake) is largest Caldera / lake of vulcano in the word. Water are very clarity, so you can see a lot of fish surrounding the water.
Hotel also own small pond ( swimming area0 with connected to the Lake for fun in swimming.
Our Hotel Manager are talented people to play batak music instrument such as Hasapi ( Batak small guitar) , Garantung ( Batak Wood musical) , Taganing, Guitar, etc. In the hotel equipped with batak musical instrument, and sometime can concern or by special requisition.
AMBAROBA mean a kind of bird which is very good song, and always in sing song.
Also we can accompany you to explain surraounding " Samosir Island) .
We have 1 unit Boat ( Kapal) with about 50 person capacity. You can rent with our operator to visit surrounding Danau Toba ( Lake Toba) , Tomok, Batu Gantung, Ambarita, etc.
The elevation about 900 meter from the sea level, so you enjoy with friendly wheater.
